These terms govern your use of the CopyWizard: Smart Form Mapper browser extension ("CopyWizard"). By installing or using CopyWizard, you agree to them.

1. What CopyWizard Is

CopyWizard is a productivity tool that copies form-field values you select and fills them into forms on other websites using mappings you confirm. It runs entirely on your device and stores data only in your browser's local extension storage (see the Privacy Policy).

2. License

You may install and use CopyWizard free of charge for personal and commercial purposes. You may not misrepresent CopyWizard as your own work or redistribute modified versions under the CopyWizard name.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Verify before you submit. CopyWizard fills fields with the values and mappings you confirmed, but you are responsible for reviewing any form before submitting it — especially where accuracy matters (medical, legal, financial forms).
• Use it lawfully. Only fill forms you are entitled to fill, on sites whose terms permit it. Don't use CopyWizard to automate abuse (spam, fraudulent submissions, circumventing rate limits or access controls).
• Regulated data is your responsibility. If you handle regulated information (for example, patient data), you are responsible for compliance with the rules that apply to you and your organization.

4. No Warranty

CopyWizard is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Websites change constantly; no guarantee is made that any particular form will be detected, mapped, or filled correctly.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including data loss, incorrect form submissions, or losses arising from reliance on filled values — even if advised of the possibility.

6. Intellectual Property

CopyWizard, its name, icon, and code are the property of the developer. The "Wizard" family of marks (ResizeWizard, CopyWizard, and siblings) are the developer's brands.

7. Changes and Termination

The extension and these terms may change over time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and release notes. You may stop using CopyWizard at any time by uninstalling it, which also deletes all locally stored data. The developer may discontinue the extension at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
